Batman: Gotham Knights (WB Montreal) reveal confirmed for DC FanDome (August 22)

The schedule for the DC FanDome virtual fan event just went live and WB Montreal's presence has been confirmed alongside Rocksteady which was confirmed last week with the Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League tease.

In June, Eurogamer confirmed that WB Montreal would be announcing their next Batman game titled "Gotham Knights" here. This ties in with the Gotham Knights domain being registered on the 19th of that month.

This is the rumoured Bat family game that was teased last year but didn't go anywhere (supposedly due to COVID and WB wanting to announce the game at E3.)

The running rumor with Gotham Knights is that it'll be a soft reboot of the Arkham franchise, setting the stage for the Suicide Squad game launching next year. Plan was to get this out in Fall 2020. No idea if it's been delayed or not. Guess we'll see soon enough.

Not officially, but that name was registered at the same time as Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and that was confirmed to be the full name of Rocksteady's game
