We got universal codes from EA for preview coverage that you had to redeem on Origin and it's supposed to unlock it on consoles so long as the profiles are linked with origin.

I'm downloading the beta file on Xbox but there's a separate page for the Early Access beta that's asking me to redeem a code. Very confusing.

Beta client can be downloaded on PS Store whether you preorder the game or not, but what about Xbox? I can only find Beta early access client on Microsoft store, but I can't download it because I don't preorder the game.

Just started to download the beta for PC on Origin and will try it out on xbox if it is actually enhanced. I'm glad the file size is a lot lower than I thought it would be. I didn't really want to have to move games off my ssd for a beta.

The size is also smaller on the PC then the PS4 version. Guess something to do with how they packed it.

Can be different textures/audio and other assets compression, DirectX formats versus whatever the PS4 uses.

Already pre-loading. I had to manually search because the Open Beta event was, for some reason, redirecting me to Battlefield 1 Revolution, xD. But the Open Beta is like the 5th or 6th search result on PS4.

Depends. If its not exhanced then it probably does. If it is enhanced it probably doesnt. Remember alpha and beta of BF games are not really optimized and then see a huge jump on release.

All this effect toggles are basicly the same as in Battlefront 2. At least DICE has them in since the beginning.

Works in BF1, too. Also turned off the grain etc. Makes the game much more enjoyable and less stressful for the eyes.
