Battlefield V Open Beta starts september 4

DICE announced Monday evening before Gamescom that Open Beta for Battlefield V will be available on Sept. 4 for early access and Sept. 6 for all other players on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Origin for PC.

The Open Beta will feature the Rotterdam map that was revealed just last week on Conquest mode and the Arctic Fjord map on both Grand Operations and Conquest modes.

I want to play this but this launches the weekend of Dragon Quest XI and Spider-Man, so I'm not sure I'm gonna be able to find time...

What did you not like about BF1?

My problem with it, was I felt I was wondering around aimlessly for long stretches of time, often alone.
BF 3 and 4 really made me feel like I was part of a team, or that I could do something heroic on my own.

I think the snow map was a decent map but a bad map for showing the MP the first time. Snow maps look great. But they look washed out on youtube vids and Twitch.
Rotterdam would have been a way better first map to show.
