I laughed. I was expecting something... anything... but nope. Happy that we got to see quite a bit of Astral Chain though. Game looks really good!

I laughed when the announcement on the direct was almost literally: I bet you'd like an update on Bayonetta 3, well fuck you.

I'm willing to let it go if we get another game this year. If its the former Scalebound team then Astral Chain isn't really holding up its development. They probably announced Bayo ahead of time.

I even said to my friend "Astral Chain is by platinum, they have to mention Bayone--"
"Bayonetta 3 exists, please be excited"

Eurghhh

From now own, If nintendo drops an announcement with just a logo/cg trailer, we should all assume that the game probably just started development and we have to wait 2-3+ years to play it. Not that I'm complaining, Nintendo is all about seal of quality and I respect that.

It's so weird that we got gameplay of this new game, and even a release date, before we even get to see anything of the new Bayo 3 after a full year.

Fall 2020 confirmed. At the very least. I was hoping it'll be a 2019 game : / At least Astral Chain is great, but too anime-esque looking for my taste.

Why does this keep happening to all the stuff I am interested in on Switch?

MP4, Bayonetta 3, you can't keep doing this to me :(.

It‘s somewhat funny we‘re getting an entire new Platinum game soon and yet haven‘t even seen Bayonetta 3 yet. I‘m not complaining though, Astral Chain looks great and I don‘t mind Bayonetta 3 receiving the time it needs and deserves.

Don't people hate that strategy these days? I don't get it lol

But yes I figured that was the case when Prime 4 and Bayonetta 3 were announced the way they were.

Still could be shown E3 (as no fall games announced here really). Though yeah I reckon March 2020 game atm.
Yeah. Maybe the new Bayonetta hairstyle and overall look is taking a ton of work so they are taking their time with it hah
