That is a million individual people. This is the fastest a candidate has reached that mark in history. It took him 7 months, compared to him hitting the same mark in 9 months in 2016. He currently has over 2.5 million total donations.

One other very interesting figure out of this: "in counties nationwide that flipped from Obama in 2012 to Trump in 2016, Sanders has received more than 81,000 donations, which is three times the next Democratic candidate and more than the next three Democratic candidates combined."

If we can give people an exciting nominee that actually gets people out to vote, we will beat Trump.

^ Yeah that to me is one of the most telling aspects of this circus. You can show me all the biased polls you want, but number of individual donators actually says something. And he's far ahead of anyone else. Warren said in June that she had hit 1 million total. She obviously has more than that at this point, but Sanders in comparison having 2.5 million as of now really says something.

Happy to be one them, 11 donations so far. Let's go!
Yep he can do this. I donated I think two times total in one day a few months ago.

I've been a recurring donor for a few months. Nice to see the donations are stronger than ever without PACs

Ah yes the biased polls.
Yes. The biased polls. They're all made, taken, and then shown by people. People are biased. Polls are biased. Bernie Sanders or no Bernie Sanders, polls are biased.

Even if you don't want to believe that because you don't like Sanders and I do, at least read a little to understand how/why/and some examples

That is where I'm coming from with poll bias. It is real.

Which polls are you referring to?

Anyways awesome on Bernie. Telling how many donators that flipped from Obama to Trump are jumping into Bernie. I don't think think they would go with any other candidate and they are what we need to win the rust belts.

Feelin that Bernnnnnn

Bern/YangGang ticket lesgoooo

That ticket makes about the least sense possible - a socialist and a libertarian that would be right at home among Ron Paul supporters (most of whom I'm sure were Paul supporters back in the day). The only way this makes any sense is if you're supporting a 'fuck the system' ticket, and I can't get behind that myself.

Make Yang part of the Senior Advisor for Innovation role. He can work in the White House with his knowledge and public awareness. Surely he should have some role in a Dem 2020 administration, being aware of the biggest social problem facing society this century.

Not sure him being VP draws in a bigger tent. I feel no matter who wins they're gonna pivot to a VP candidate to market on "inclusivity" and appeals to the cancerous centrism that's afflicted the United States.

Donor. Volunteer. Advocate.

This man is all in for Bernie. Now if I can shitpost my way to a Sanders/Warren ticket in 2020, I'll be a real happy guy

This is good but his campaign shouldn't ignore the Warren surge. She's packing places too.
If they're both smart, they'll help each other slingshot to the top, crush Biden, then float to the convention on progressive policies. I really feel like a Sanders and Warren ticket would unify the party to a degree

Good for Bernie. He'd be my 7th option alongside Biden after Warren, Beto, Buttigieg, Castro, Booker and Yang.

It will come down to Biden and Warren though. Bernie just doesn't have much appeal with a vast majority of the most reliable democratic voting bloc as poll after poll after poll continues to demonstrate.

He'll never win a general election. Which is more an indictment on the society that's voting than it is on him, I get it. But he won't. Reminds me of the Wire quote You want it to be one way, but it's the other way.

This is honestly an incredible achievement and the fact that it has received so little attention is quite astonishing.

Donated 3 times, vaunt afford recurring but he definitely has any vote and at least 3 others in my family. He is by far the best candidate to bring the change America needs, Warren is great and would be great for finishing the plans he lays out but I just don't see her fighting as hard for sweeping change at the start.

That's just the propaganda talking. Dont worry about it man, in a general election, he's the one to unite the progressive left, what's left of the reasonable center, and even right wingers who care about their personal situations.

Progressive populism works far more than right wing populism. Centrism doesnt as we have seen globally
