This one easily for me; it's a Shoryu-Reppa with a a mini-Raging Demon SRK followed by the most absurdly powerful looking downward punch that crushes their head between his fist and the ground.

Also, surprised people are mentioning Cammy's SF4/SF5 supers when her A3 Killerbee Assault lvl3 was easily her most awesome super. The sheer level of UNNNNGGGHFFF of her crushing them into the ground in that move is unparalleled.
