My wild guess is Fallout: Starfield is it's name. I don't however think they're connected. I do think this is just some remaster announcement that they're throwing out pre-E3 for good measure.Expectation: Fallout 3 Remaster/Anniversary announcement (similar in scope to Skyrim Special Edition) for all current gen consoles including Switch.
Dream: Fallout: Starfield, a far flung future spin off of the Fallout series, focusing on large open worlds on multiple planets in a brand new solar system.
If I remember right, their (Obsidian and Bethesda) relationship is not that good, because New Vegas failed to get higher scores. Obsidian lost a bonus and I suppose Bethesda wrote them off after that. So it will be some other studio, if it is a spin off game.
Merch Announcement Incoming. I'll eat my copy of Fallout 4 if not. (I bought it Digitally though)
That seems surprising considering how New Vegas has been acknowledged over the years. Outsourcing a project to Obsidian for a New Vegas 2 style game would be like printing money for them.

It'll probably end up being something stupid like their new online store that just opened up a few days ago.
I can almost taste the meltdown...
Stay home. The judge will understand!I need to present in one hour for jury summons (jury duty I didn't commit a crime), so they better show something at 12:00 PST or I'm going to cry.
Well yeah but New Vegas came out before Skyrim which is when BGS really took offFallout 4 made more than double what New Vegas made. If they want to print money, they'll develop it themselves.
It would be good!I wasn't trying to say that we're getting Fallout Tactics/4X by Firaxis. Just that a Fallout Tactics/4X made by Firaxis could be great. I know it's never happening.
