Lyrics:
[Verse 1]
I should have known
I'd leave alone
Just goes to show
That the blood you bleed
Is just the blood you own
We were a pair
But I saw you there
Too much to bear
You were my life, but life is far away from fair
Was I stupid to love you?
Was I reckless to help?
Was it obvious to everybody else?

[Chorus]
That I'd fallen for a lie
You were never on my side
Fool me once, fool me twice
Are you death or paradise?
Now you'll never see me cry
There's just no time to die

[Verse 2]
I let it burn
You're no longer my concern
Faces from my past return
Another lesson yet to learn

[Chorus]
That I'd fallen for a lie
You were never on my side
Fool me once, fool me twice
Are you death or paradise?
Now you'll never see me cry
There's just no time to die

[Refrain]
No time to die
No, no time to die

[Outro]
Fool me once, fool me twice
Are you death or paradise?
Now you'll never see me cry
There's just no time to die

From the other thread:

That's some good shit

I wish it went a little harder at the climax but yeah it's great. Good for her, hopefully this will legitimize her to some of the naysayers

Also left thinking Lana Del Ray should do a Bond theme

and Radiohead's Spectre is still the GOAT

I like her voice but Bond note music is yawn, I know it's standard but bored of it.

This is pretty good. I like it miles more than Writing on the Wall

Lana Del Rey did submit a Bond theme alongside Radiohead and EON rejected both of them in favour of Sam Smith's.

This track kinda reaffirms my fear that I feel like all the Bond themes since Skyfall have followed a cheat sheet, like they keep trying to recapture how amazing and one-of-a-kind it was, but it just doesn't hit the same catharsis.

Eillish's voice is great but the instrumental is really forgettable. Unlike the Spectre theme, at least this one has some slight flourishes of guitar/percussion to give it a more unique flair but they're just that; flourishes. It feels like they should've really been more integral to the track in general. Could've been great but I'm kinda underwhelmed.

I like it, but it could be a lot better. She gets into a ballad mode for one line at the very end. I just feel like that needs to be a greater portion of the song.

Liking the song and liking it as a Bond theme are separate things.

I would kill for a Florence and the Machine version to do one.

I am just not a fan of her voice. Would have preferred someone like FKA twigs singing a Bond theme.

I'm still annoyed Bjork never got a shot.

Third best, You Know my Name and Skyfall are still better.

I can't help but remember Skyfall after hearing this one, don't know what/why but it reminds me of that.

I need a Bond theme with the same energy as You Know My Name. That thing got you excited to watch and was perfect for the new kind of Bond that Craig was.

Bond needs more than softly spoken lyrics. He needs some oomph.

I like it, that climax was great, but I could have done with more of it at the end and to go on for a bit longer. I'd be interested in hearing different versions of it, a more grandiose version perhaps.

You Know My Name remains the best of the Craig movie themes, but I dig this one.

The whole film knocked it out of the park from start to finish.
