Junior Bozella, from the same party of Bolsonaro the PSL, proposed a bill to criminalize the development, import, sale, borrowing, give, rent, of games or apps that urges violence.

prison sentence of 3~6 months or fine, the sentence can be tripled if the crime is committed using the internet.

Well if they ban all the strawmen "reasons" that could cause an individual to shoot another person, eventually they will get to the root of the problem. It's like watching the world's worst detective in action.
