Ok sorry but I have to counter some bad takes here, and I know they come from good hearts, but... Yeah. no.

Problematic on different accounts, also dismissing the fact women can get raped and pregnant thus not solving the problem anyway. But also frames sex as a commodity that men are in demand of, and that women are delivering. As if women can't have sexual urges of their own, and have their own sexual agenda. Asking women to use sex as a tool is a very sexist way to frame sex, to say the least. We love sex as much as you do guys, despite what society conditions us to believe, so... no thank you to this solution.

Sure, if you're an independent and rich-enough woman, that can be a solution. Sadly, that ain't the solution for a lot of women in there, they can't afford to move out, whether it be financially or for family reasons, or what have you. This is kinda classist to think it should be as easy as this.
What we should do however is: encourage all Alabaman women (and men with uteruses) to fight for their rights, without having to stop having sex, without having to move out, or what have you. Because fleeing the problem won't solve it, this law passing might actually encourage a lot of other states/countries in doing the exact same shit, because a bunch of sexist assholes in Alabama showed the way, and they'll feel legitimized and emboldened by it. Unless you can tell me women will be able to flee the Earth and create their own non-mixed colony in space that they'll have full control of, this shit ain't gonna get solved like this. Sorry for being a Debbie Downer about it, but... it felt much-needed.

There was a clip of a Republican saying that his conversations with 12 and 14 year old girls about this give him pause. I submit that any decent human being would be railing against that, especially after being confronted with it, but this is the southern GOP at it's purest.
A medical professional wouldn't be able to administer an abortion to an underage survivor of rape and/or incest under threat of being prosecuted for a felony. Anyone supporting this is an ogre, and frankly I don't consider them fellow Americans, or human for that matter.

Even in that ridiculous scenario there's still the issue of rape, and in those cases there's literally nothing that could be done. Again, this is a ridiculous argument.

It isn't a ridiculous scenario, it's reality in poor America. Easy, effective, and safe birth control is the answer; but it isn't available to poor women in these states.

I definitely hear you on that but consider two things: they're kids. Teenage rebellion has many forms and this is a particularly obnoxious strain. And also if it's taken this long for politicians that represent millennial and generation X's ideals to trickle into office imagine how much longer it will be for them?
Also while the MAGA teens are troubling because they enjoy triggering libs so much, I have friends who teach these kids and their politics when you get right down to it really align more with a kind of... and, excuse the terminology, "Nationalist democratic socialism." Trump's specific policy approaches don't really represent them as much as, say, an Andrew Yang might. It's less ideology and more aesthetics for these kids.
Not ideal, but still better than how it seems on its face... maybe. I dunno, that still sounds like a bunch of capitalists who wanna put minorities in camps I guess so maybe not. I predict a fairer government but a more racially segregated society in like fifty years.
There are plenty of states that would be more than willing to work toward reaching those standards (especially on the coasts) - it's the backwards-ass third world states in the Bible Belt that fuck it up for the rest of us.
I know it's not realistic or even really possible, but I'd love to be able to relocate the people who don't want to be there to the coasts, and then have all those coastal states secede - the South can have their own little Christian Saudi Arabia and we could actually make some progress without having a bunch of Republican moochers siphoning away resources from the rest of us.
Can you imagine if the South had won the Civil War? We'd still have slavery, women wouldn't be able to vote and I probably wouldn't live here because brown people wouldn't be allowed in the country.

I'm assuming this plan involves salvaging the millions of diverse racial residents and LGBT folks from those states as well? Because there are a lot of us and we're fighting for our lives. The rest of the population are largely being manipulated by politicians and religious leaders. Not that I disagree that the red states are a siphon on the rest of the country, but many of us don't have the resources to simply move either.

100%. A lot of my otherwise progressive friends can't stand certain segments of the activist population and react very negatively to terminology used in those spaces, not only "intersectionality" but also more gender-identity-inclusive ways of speaking, phraseology common on leftist twitter/internet blogs, and so on. It's hard not to see the seeds of some kind of reactionism, but it sucks because they're my friends and also most of the time are champions of progressive causes. But it definitely shows you how effective the sleeper cell alt-righters have been in their marketing--they're very effectively playing us against each other, or maybe exposing that a lot of "center-left" people have more in common with the right than we/they want to think.
Problem with this is:
1. It inherently reduces women's proximity to men as nothing more than sexual objects, that sex is something women give to men and not something women enjoy with men and/or other women.
2. Women merely have sex because men want it, which feeds number 1.
3. Ignores the fact the issue that suggesting women statewide no longer engage in sex doesn't have the side effect of I don't know...women being raped. Please keep in mind that only 5 out of 1000 rapists ever see prison time.

Lord knows there are enough reasons to target the patriarchy, but this isn't it champ. Men and women have remarkably similar views nationally and state-wide on abortion in the US overall. A plurality of female Alabama voters support an abortion ban. These old men are elected with the support of women who share their views on this matter.
Ascientific, fundamentalist christianity is the real enemy of women's reproductive rights in the Southern United States. I wish the people calling out these old white dipshits would also call out the dogma that really informs their views.

Funnily enough I was thinking about the fact that they are white more than men. White people both men and women are fucking over poorer minorities in any way they can in the guise of religion.
Yeah, white women voting republican is the mixed result of patriarchy in action, as well as white supremacy and classism. Simone De Beauvoir described it so well in The Second Sex, and I definitely won't do her justice trying to convey her thoughts on the matter, but let's say that when it's about toppling patriarchy, class comes heavily into play, and white women are more interested in keeping their social status even if it's heavily reliant on their husbands (since patriarchy makes them heavily reliant in the first place), so they'll side with their husbands more than with other women, because they feel protecting their husband's interests is more beneficial to them, than protecting women's interests as a whole.
It hella fucking sucks, but unlike other marginalized oppressed groups, women barely have a sense of community that make us help each other, because classism and capitalism separates us in efficient ways already, ways that are difficult to overcome and need some work to deconstruct. Nowadays it gets easier though, thanks to the Internet, social medias and such, hence why we saw the rise of Feminism, and the rise of a sorority spirit among women, but... We're still nowhere near the amazing communities that black people can build for themselves, or queer people can build for themselves (I hope my comparisons are okay here).
