Will eventually be traded to Patriots for a fifth rounder anyway.

Why even do this if you have Chubb already?

Kareem Hunt is a Top 5 RB and a Top 1 Piece of Shit

U.K.
Didn't Dorsey draft him when he was the Chiefs GM? Given Dorsey's previous track record I can't say I'm surprised. As a Browns fan I'm very disappointed though.

And just like that, the plucky upstarts are the villains. Stupid move, Browns. Kaep's mistake was bringing attention to a social injustice. If he'd just beaten up his girlfriend he could still be in the league. NFL gonna NFL.

Oh c'mon Cleveland. THe Browns are my second favorite team in the NFL, and I'm all in on Mayfield. I think it's the wrong idea to sign him. Let some other team take the chance.

FWIW, Chubb is a very different back than Hunt, they're not similar. Talent alone this is obviously a huge acquisition for the Browns assuming Hunt plays at some point next season. But, he's a scum bag and you gotta question why Dorsey would do that, as well as their ability to keep him from doing the same thing again and again, as they doin't have a strong record of preventing players from making bad decisions, which ultimately affect the team.

That's a garbage take. Gordon had a ridiculous amount of chances in Cleveland. They decided they couldn't trust him, and I guess that turned out to be the right decision since he probably never plays again.

I'm not a huge fan of the signing. I guess he was going to sign somewhere and he's going to be suspended for the majority of the season. Dorsey seems to know Hunt pretty well. It's a distraction that the Browns didn't need, since Hunt won't beat out Chubb.

Expected him to get signed but not by the Browns. Definitely not n RB needy team so the move doesn't make a lot of sense when have a one year vet in Chubb and Duke Johnson as your passing back specialist. Puzzling move for them unless a favor for Hunt by Dorsey and Hunt wasn't going to get signed elsewhere

Interesting verb choice.

Gordon smoked pot as far as I could tell, and yeah he couldn't stop himself from doing so. But I didn't hear anything about him being an immoral garbage human being. Your take is garbage.

He's way more talented than Chubb, but I think they will try to use Hunt as trade bait in the end.

Never said he was? From all reports everyone in the organization liked him. He just couldn't be trusted to be available and that concern proved to be correct.
