Now I don't know if there's a market for PSP games right now or if I should wait a couple years longer to recuperate a little more of what I paid for those games. I don't think a few years will change much. Prices for PSP agmes seem to be fine based off of Ebay. I'd sell now. Also, I want to buy Sweet Fuse and Gitaroo Man from you, lol.

Check out hdmoviecodes.com. I get most of my content there, and the site does a good job indicating how to properly redeem a movie to make sure you get it in 4K.

Do you have an Apple TV 4k?
Unless Apple changed its policy recently, this is the best way to get budget 4k because you can redeem HD codes on iTunes to get 4k.
Redeeming 4k on VUDU (or elsewhere) requires actual 4k codes.
That's also a murky water. If you have It 4K code, you need to redeem it on Movies Anywhere to get 4K. Redeeming It only on Vudu will give you HD.
I like this site. You can limit to 4k, and it gets prices from multiple sites.
