It's been a month since I pmed someone to buy some pc parts from him and he stopped replying... No payment was done, but it sucks to be totally ignored without a single reason...

I just move on. If no money has changed hands it's really nothing more than a little rude. Certainly not feedback worthy.

He's reading every message I send, because it shows here on reset, in the message window, when someone actually reads your messages... The main problem is that I was saving 600$ to buy those items, and I didn't buy other stuff because since he said he'd sell, I was waiting for a reply... =/

I really don't get this I've had this happen several times like lol why refuse money? I just don't get people sometimes. I would just say move on your money is best spend with another seller somewhere their lose not yours. If that's all and no payments were exchanged or anything I wouldnt bother with anything feedback related no point.

You're good. It's shady keys like Windows Volume License keys that are a no go.
