Try replacing the battery with one that works, this will rule out the pcb being shot at least. Pretty straightforward battery replacement.

This is probably going to be the best PSVR bundle available on here. I bought the Skyrim PSVR last year and barely used it (8-10 hours of use, rest of the time collected dust). My friend took the Skyrim VR game but I am adding pretty much every physical PS game I have + PSVR + Base station where you can put the PSVR headset/PS move controllers.
Here's what you get:
-PSVR w/ all cables/accessories/box. This is apparently the revision model so it's the best one available at the moment. [Move controllers included]
-PSVR Base station - This is basically a PSVR/controller base that holds the move controllers and the headset when not in use.
- Astrobot [VR] (New/Sealed)
- Resident Evil 7 [VR] (Used)
- PSVR Demo Disc 2.0 [VR] (Used)
- PlayStation VR Worlds [VR] (Used)
- Final Fantasy XV (Used)
