Activision took it off the store for the time being according to their customer support. It'll come back up in a bit (pre-load begins in 30 minutes).
I thought we expect the PSN codes by mail once redeemed the Captain Price code on the Activision website.
It's not 100% clear - since your activision account is linked to psn, it's possible it will just enable it, else they will email a code.

It absolutely kills me that the open phase of this starts right after Borderlands 3 launches lol. This is the first CoD I've seriously looked at buying in several years (since BO2), so I'm dying to check this out. I was always a big game mode guy so the 2v2 alpha they didn't really help me get a feel for things. I'm definitely not willing to commit to pre-ordering yet, so will have to tear myself away from Borderlands 3 sometime this weekend :/
It starts Thursday but only if you've pre-ordered or have a code. It opens up for everybody Saturday morning. I'm specifically wanting to see if I like the beta before committing.
I redeemed my cpt price code on the redemption site and was checking here today:

Going back to my hometown this weekend for a wedding. I know I should be excited about that, but...
my code was up on the redeem page its usually faster than waiting for an email.

Very hyped for this after playing the 2v2 beta. Gameplay, impact, guns, sound, everything is amazing. Maps don't look that interesting or great looking from the trailers
