Our fearless leader JaseC is not playing this game, so I will open this up so that we can talk about it.

I'm running 4k hdr gsync with almost all settings on max and getting around 90 fps with a 2080ti

i7-2600K @ 4.4GHz and GTX 970 (almost exactly Treyarch's Recommended Specs), I'm getting around 80-110fps on medium settings, which I think is pretty good for my old-ass PC.

I'm happy with performance on a budget GPU, but I've had a few crashes today where the game would throw up like 5 Fatal Error dialogue boxes in a row and then close to desktop.

1080p, i7-4790K overclocked to 4.5GHz, GTX970, 16GB of 2400MHz RAM, game running off an HDD.

Textures: High (had it on very high, then I noticed stutter and the VRAM monitor in-game showed that I went over the 3.5GB threshold, so I turned it down)
Shadows: Medium
Everything else: Maxed.

It runs bloody phenomenal. I limit the framerate to 60 due to my monitor, but unlocked I'm at about 70 to 100fps. Server performance in MP is also beautiful. Hitting targets is so much freaking better than in the IW or Sledgehammer games. Tons of settings, customizable to the n-th degree, lots of monitoring features (as I said, the VRAM monitor gave a good indicator what I had to turn down), fucking FINALLY the setting that the FOV stays the same while in ADS...

This might be the very best PC CoD since MW1, if not even better than that. In Treyarch I very much trust.

Is the game using a lot more VRAM than yhe estimate bar in the settings menu says for anyone else?

On mostly high it estimates 3800MB Vram used for me, but in game I'm using 5.5 - 6GB

I don't know what is going on..when i limit the game around 141fps, massive stuttering all around with my g-sync but when i turn it down to 90fps it runs stable.

I think just like WW2 and Blops 3 before these games just can't handle G-Sync i am running on a Ryzen 7 1700X, GTX 1080 and 16gb 3200Mhz Ram.

Also sometimes i have a hard crash when playing multiplayer when i run and try to change weapons it hangs all of a sudden.

Frame rate wise the game runs incredible, almost always over 144fps, there's the odd hitch though. My main problem is I can't get my NAT open, I've forwarded all ports with no luck.

8600k @ 4.8GHz, GTX 1080, 16GB DD4 3200MHz, 144Hz, max settings, 1080p

8gb DDR4

Most settings on High.

Getting near flawless 60fps on 1080p on all three modes. A few drops on Zombies, specifically when i'm right next to a door that can be unlocked.

I get what feels like input lag on my 21:9 gsync display in exclusive fullscreen. Setting it to fullscreen windowed feels much better.

I don't understand why it's so fucking difficult for developers to figure out NAT punch-through.

Do you have any software firewalls enabled? UPnP turned on in your router as well? I know you said you forwarded all ports but there might be some dumb unlisted ones.

I have a friend that is experience a problem he also encountered in the beta - multiplayer and zombies works fine but whenever he plays Blackout he can't play more than a few minutes without the whole game crashing/freezing. I'll get more details but is anyone else experiencing this?

He has an i7 and a 1080 so I'm sure it's not his rig, and a quick google does seem to find others with similar issues, but no solutions.

No software firewall and UPnP is on, I even tried DMZ with no luck, I just have no idea how to fix it.

Blackout is running pretty bad for me on GTX 1080 and i5 4670k. What are the most impactful settings to turn down, shadows and AA?
PUBG runs much better for me.

Do not put your PC on a DMZ.

However, that does tell you that it's most likely software on the PC itself that is causing the problem. Either conflicting software or a bug itself

i7 4930k @ 4.3ghz, 2080ti, 16GB RAM, 4k, 416.34 drivers

I too get around 90fps with a few settings ticked one box to the left. Anybody have any impressions of the HDR? I found it to be quite muted compared. Flipped back to the regular SDR picture, and it looked right again. Just curious on anybody else's thoughts.

It's definitely hard to get used to playing this on PC. Everything is so fluid and twitchy.

Yeah I know, I just wanted to test it. And I literally formatted yesterday, I'm running a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro, it's probably a setting somewhere.

Why does the graphic options show 6695MB available (4330MB used ) when I'm on a GTX 1080? I tried limiting FPS to 90 with the ingame limiter and still get stuttering. It happens when you fire, when some bombs are dropped, or when you spot an enemy around the corner making this shit litteraly unplayable.

EDIT : I did more testing. It's definitely related to framerate/G-sync.

I get no stuttering with the game set to 100hz with ULMB on. Doesn't feel as smooth without G-sync but I don't get the stutter that happens every 20- 30 seconds. Also mouse doesn't stutter anymore in the menus.

Finally found this thread. I'm having an issue where every cutscene is a blurry, pixelated mess and every time I quit the game I get a fatal error with the code 5411226718.

This forces me to fix the graphics settings every time I start the game. It's such a shame, the game is really fun but this issue is pissing me off. I have Win 10 updated to their fall update and the AMD drivers for my 7950 are up to date, but still.

Do you have to turn on HDR before you get into a game in order for it to work? I know EA games automatically turn on HDR, so that I don't have to do it before I boot up the game

No doubt, Gsync is borked for this. Playing at 100hz with ULMB is alright but I miss the Gsync smoothness of it all. Hopefully they can patch it out soon.

I tried playing on my second monitor that doesn't have g-sync at all and it runs better than on my monitor with g-sync but how do you put it on 100hz and ULMB?

When i'm in the game it shows 99.83hz..all hertz to be honest.

I kept Gsync active in the nvidia control panel and created a profile for BlackOps4.exe and selected ULMB instead of Gsync. Then in the game settings just set it to 99hz to 119hz.

So is the stuttering related to Gsync ? Or SLI?

I am on SLI 1080s 3440x1440 and it will hold 90fps, then randomly drop to 60fps then back up again creating massive stutter. It's game breaking bad.

Do I turn off G sync ? (Isn't that what G sync is for LOL)

Or is this a driver / SLI issue

For me not using Gsync with the game did it. Whenever Gsync I get intermittent stutters making the game unplayable.

i5 4460 @ 3.4 , r9 390 oc, 16GBs of ram, 480GB ssd @ 1080p 90 fov
it runs alright on various high/med settings some of them i turned off like motionblur/transparency/AA cause it made the game look worse.
getting 80-144fps and put freesync on which seems to be working with no stutter.
its kinda strange cause even if I lower the settings entirely i still get the same fps.

I think i found my sweet spot in nvidia settings ULMB On,Vsync On and Vsync off in game and that weird 143,90mhz and capping fps around 130fps, no stuttering yet.

This game really hates g-sync for some reason..why treyarch why?

i7 5960x @ 4.1ghz, 2080, 32GB RAM, 3440x1440 (21:9), 416.34 drivers

Everything on ultra bar a few settings that are on medium or high. Mainly get about 100+ fps (some reason it wasn't limiting my FPS, figured that out now).

One thing I will say, I have had a lot of crashes ingame and it seems the zombie mode with the class creation and elixir making makes the game crash 9/10 (was playing with 3 other people and it happened to them to). So overall, it's not bad as long as I dont get the crashes, which i can go hours without then suddenly have them again.

Runs great on I7 6700K, GTX1070, 16GB ram and installed on a SSD.
I run on a 1080P GSYNC screen and I have not seen a single dip in performance both in normal MP as in Black out.

Is there split screen in the PC port? I heard performance is rough on the consoles but maybe it can be brute forced on the PC.

Seems like a lot of folks are running into this Fatal Error crash bug a lot. I had it happen to me today while in a lobby waiting for the next match to start. The team is aware and currently investigating according to the CoD forums on Activision's website.

I have a:

GTX 1070
i7 4790k
16GB RAM
EVO 860 SSD

Game runs really good at 1440p with a lot of the options cranked up aside from post processing options (which are medium). If they can get rid of this fatal error crash, we'll be solid.
