Looks as boring as I expected,

How can you tell how boring it'll be based off images? And the goofy stuff is already in the pre order bonuses so won't have to wait long lol
And apparently November 5th is going is going to be the release date. Guess Microsoft will soon finally announce the release date for Halo.

The game is rumored to introduce a proprietary anti-cheat solution that has been in development for more than a year.
And I'm really curious on how much this will affect Warzone. If the rumors are right, Warzone will receive when Vanguard launches:
- A new and bigger map (with more players)
- Airplanes (with dog fights)
- Tanks
- Destructible Environments

Not a gun person, but to me that doesn't look too dissimilar from an StG 44, which was used in WWII.

I'm really looking forward to this years CoD because Cold War is garbo. The worst part is the game has some of the best skins for guns and characters that they have made and the game is complete poop. Also IMO, people that rage over skins and stuff for MP games are weird. That Night raid skin looks rad.
Does COD usually have some early access release? Or does it only have 1 release date?

It's likely an alt-history WWII ala new Wolfenstein. Most leaks in the past hinted towards that.
What was the Slipstream thing? What if MP is a time-altered "slipstream" where WWII era and modern day converge?

Guns in those images don't look more modern than WW2 to me, but they definitely abandoned "historical accuracy" in terms for attachments to offer customization on par with MW and CW.
They are WW2 weapons they just have unrealistic weapon modifications because it has to fit next to Warzone.

You are correct. That looks like an STG 44 with some custom attachments.
That sight on top of it does not look like something that is historically accurate so an alternative timeline could still be the case.

Shit lasted maybe a day about CODWW2, all you heard about Battlefield V were losers complaining about women and it actually ended up nearly killing that game.
I don't think that's true anymore. It was rumored to be this way early on, but since then rumors have changed to "just WW2"
It's not like those same people are in here waiting for the next COD, also there were many people in that thread with different opinions.
Based on a piece of artwork not posted here seems like these 4 characters are the protagonists,

COD fans used to care about being "realistic" but then Advanced Warfare happened and that was the breaking point in which fans complained but still bought the game and still was #1 and Fans accepted whatever COD came up with after that.
COD fans at this point will take whatever crazy thing that they want to make as they just hope for a fun multi-player.
Also this is supposed to have dynamic weather in multi-player, sledgehammer always seems like a solid dev.

Yeah I thought the same, if true it's pretty exciting to be honest.
Otherwise looks like a CW re-skin, with the operators and gun blueprints (with tracer rounds).
