It's a compilation of 6 mini games (chess, poker, dominoes, reversi, spades and go) developed by Visual Concepts. Prototype dated Feb, 28 2001, intended as a pack in for Official Dreamcast Magazine of that same year.
Seems like it would of been perfect to package with the console itself to promote the online capabilities.
