6 is about to be beaten by 7 and will most likely by the end of this year. But 5 still has insane legs.
Capcom most likely separated 2 versions of the game before and combined them for this quarter. They did that for SFV and Arcade Edition / MHXX 3DS and SwitchAny guesses as to why DMC4se suddenly sold 400k+ units in a single quarter four years in?
Those Switch numbers for Generations Ultimate are more than respectable. World numbers are bananas.

It's a damn good game.Kinda shocked it's still selling. But i guess the general brand awareness is helping it. Still it's good MH is doing well.
It seems to be rounded to the nearest 1m when it goes over 10m.Not gonna add Mega Man 11's +100K to that series 35 million strong?
Do you have numbers for other DLCs? :p
SFV moves a steady 200k every quarter. This is without CE officially being out too. I imagine this quarter will bump it up an extra 100k or 200k. The game could be at 4.5 million units at the end of March.
The 3DS version was japan only and sold 1.8 Million so still about 1.6 Million for the Switch version
Yeah, I can see it ending up as Capcom's 10th highest selling game by the time March rolls by.
Any guesses as to why DMC4se suddenly sold 400k+ units in a single quarter four years in?
Even 9th. Wherever it lands, it's the second highest charting SF SKU ever. People will still try to spin it into a sales failure compared to SFIV, but the game is in objective hit territory now.
You've said the exact same thing last month when there was MHW numbers, yes. That one guy at famitsu is the most vindicated man in Video games.

He doesn't work for Famitsu btw.

So 1.3 million copies of Iceborne from PC?(as of Jan. 28, 2020; includes PC vers. launched in Jan. 2020)
4.5 million units
So you were wrong twice now.
Are you just making a meme of it?
I mean, it IS a drop compared to SF4 but a respectable figure in its own right. It's like PS3 following PS2.
Less, 4.5 is the total number.
Just because Capcom is allergic to the Switch doesnt mean MH on switch wouldn't sell well. GU sold 1.5 M+ after all.remember when people here said it won't sell on home console and how main MH on switch was a foregone conclusion now it is never happening.
I personally think trying to compare the sales numbers between SFV and the SFIV series is a fool's errand. The development and distribution models are different in significant ways. The only thing we can say for sure is they both sold very well.
What I'm most happy about is DMC and Megaman's return. Wonderful.
I wish we got some sales info on the X and Classic collections but regardless Megaman's back.
