Please stop making us wait so long for PC content.

That 600K bump for SFV is strange indeed since the sales of the Arcade Edition were presumably already included before. In any case, that 3,7M total is an excellent surprise.

Capcom really shot themselves in the foot with MHW.
That'll teach them to release a Monster Hunter game on actual consoles and PC!
I still go back and read the "MHW is doooooomed" posts in the threads before the game came out XD

I'm curious to know what the RE5 and RE6 HD sales have been.

Also, Capcom, us RE7 fans really need that Switch port so it can overtake RE5 in sales and cement First Person as the view of choice for RE8&9!

Man, MHW shattered my expectations sales wise. Gambit paid off for Capcom.

Huh, what other MH games could sell significantly the last quarter?

Damn, MHW making bank. Seems like they have no reason to go back to the old exclusive to one system stuff.

They've been running a lot of free weekends followed by promotions this year. That must have worked!

Game is cheap now + Free Weekends to promote it

And I'm guessing it probably gets even cheaper on Steam And PSN during promotional periods. Probably around 10-15? Glad to see Capcom was able to turn things around. Sales aren't amazing and didn't sell most of those copies at $60, but it's going to do alright in the end. 4 million is a given, 5 million life time is doable as long as they continue promoting the game. And they will considering it's the face of their Pro Tour.

I think Capcom makes more money via DLCs, characters, costumes and such, they are pushing hard on costumes with cross-overs.

I might need to revisit the MHW sales prediction thread for a laugh next time I'm bored, RE7 too

Yeah, they just want people to get a hold of it so they can maybe spend even more money on it. All the cross promotion between games is pretty cool.

As some who plays SFV competitively, I just want them to be happy enough with these numbers to make a sequel. I love the franchise and the last 10 years the only 2 games I've really played is SF4 and SFV. So despite the poor launch and communication, I really need this game to do well lol.

Nice! I knew releasing the Lost Planet trilogy on Xbox BC would make it go up. +100k is really good, though I guess this could literally be anywhere between 1k and 99k depending on the last treshold. Anyway, still good to see it moving copies!

The games were all like £2 on steam for quite a while as well

First time seeing the Onimusha figure and I'm impressed to say the least.

I see a new Onimusha in the near future.

I wonder how Dragon's Dogma 2 is going to do at launch with all of the goodwill the franchise has amassed ever since the PC port.

Online functionality could seriously make it almost as big as Monster Hunter.

Like in all seriousness, I'm surprised this is the first we heard of this. Apparently SFV was doing this well with almost absolute radio silence from Capcom regarding the performance, when previously they'd boast about getting near 2.5 million, or even mentioning it in their fiscal reports.

Hell the Q&A also never mentioned this performance from SFV. I can't but think something's going on with that.

On PS4, Xbox One + DL:

RE4 : 1,5
RE5 : 1,4
RE6 : 1,7

I doubt that RE7 will overtake RE5. Cumulated sales of RE5 are 11,2 which is huge.

It's cool that SFV has managed to make a decent recovery after that disastrous launch.

Capcom will never release a fighting game with such a meagre offering of content again.
