Videogames are nothing but hollow victories, they are specifically engineered so people can beat them! You pushed a button and won the game. Hollow Victory.Instead of experiencing the joy of working go get your own tank, you cheated the game to get one. Hollow victory.
Same. All the WRPG I play, it's on PC because of that.
As long as you dont review the game or talk about it like you actually experienced it then sure who cares.
I'm going to require video evidence of you beating Contra without the code if you ever want to talk about that game 😂lmao the great meme posts keep on coming
Hold up guys, I didn't actually experience No Man's Sky because I used the dupe glitch to get mats for building instead of mining the same rocks for hours.
I just think its hard to criticize a game when you bypass the game design by doing something for your enjoyment since most people dont use cheats/mods. Not saying you cant do so, just saying your experience may vary wildly from what was kinda intended.lmao the great meme posts keep on coming

it depends from my moodSo What I was wondering, since so many of you are gamers at heart, do you think it's ok to cheat at single player games? For example, there are programs out there can savegame you ps4 stuff and give you infinite health like let's say Days Gone, or trainers that can be activated and give you Infinite Health on Crackdown 3, or even Cheat Engine, etc. Do you think it's ok?
If it is a story based game and you bypass significant parts of it because you got bored or whatever then you didnt really experience it in a meaningful way to me but that just gets into the completed or not completed the game and that is subjective so whatever. The reviewer part, sure, I get that point but second part "or talk about it like you actually experienced it" is just wack, imo.
Maybe you meant "and" instead of "or" ?
The "intended experience" is not always the best or most fun one.Still cheated yourself out of the experience. If you're not good enough, that's just how it is. Quit the game and find something else.
The only true course of action, I salute youI think any cheater should be tried in court, honestly. This isn't what the developers intended for their audience and if they want to break the laws of the game then they probably have no respect for the laws of their country.
Dont care if it's a meme. I agree with this. You cheated not only the game, but yourself.
You didn't grow.
You didn't improve.
You took a shortcut and gained nothing.
You experienced a hollow victory.
Nothing was risked and nothing was gained.
It's sad that you don't know the difference.
Let me be clear, if you cheat in a single player game you're not only cheating the game, you're cheating yourself out of satisfaction. You experienced a hollow victory, a complete waste of time.
yes you pointed out very important factsYou cheated not only the game, but yourself.
You didn't grow.
You didn't improve.
You took a shortcut and gained nothing.
You experienced a hollow victory.
Nothing was risked and nothing was gained.
It's sad that you don't know the difference.
