Increasing taxes in other areas?

I mean, it's not a vital area so it's obvious that is an OK target, but ultimately you're putting a tax on every consumer no matter it's income when you can tax bigger companies and stuff.

And by the way companies work, if you tax any production or service, they will transfer that to the final consumers.

I hate tax increases as much as any other, but taxing big corporations means they simply will transfer the tax to us however they can. Netflix, Spotify and others are non essential stuff - if you tax retail, you can bet they will simply increase the final prices all over the stuff they sell so they keep the same margin while the final customer eats the tax hike.

We're screwed either way.

Guys, I'll switch to chilean mode


Estoy ahorrando para comprar una GPU y finalmente darle el toque que le falta a mi pc (I7-4770). Mi presupuesto rondará los 180k, pero necesito también una fuente de poder. Hasta el momento veo la promo de SPDigital, la 1050ti + fuente en 180k, ahora el tema es que viendo en la red, sería mucho mejor tirarse por una tarjeta que rinda más. En este caso la RX470 tiene mejor rendimiento, o idealmente sería la 1060 de 3gb que me daría mejor rendimiento por mas tiempo.

El tema es que esas dos tarjetas o estan agotadas nuevas, o está fuera del presupuesto (tendría que subirme 50 lucas por la 1060 mas la fuente, todo nuevo). Por lo tanto ahora sería ver la opción de una usada, ¿que tan buena idea es? La RX470 la he pillado entre 130 a 140 lucas usada, con varios meses de uso, ¿influirá mucho?

Para la 1060 de 3gb usada tendría que estirar unas lucas, pero no sería tanto drama, igual mientras junto estoy atento por si sale alguna oferta o alguna weá de baja de precio.

Dato igual importante, es que pretendo pagar lo que se pueda y dar lo demas con tarjeta de creito (o en su defecto, comprarlo con tarjeta y dar la plata pa pagar la cuota al toque lo que mas se pueda)

¿Que me recomiendan?

Yo te diría que ahorres un poco y te vayas por la 1060 nueva. Hay varias GPUs dando vuelta, usadas, que las usaron en la minería de criptomonedas y están reventadas.

Esas generalmente no salen en oferta, pero es lo mejor creo yo.

Si el presupuesto no va a alcanzar, busca una usada pero en un portal confiable, no mercado libre.

Yo prefiero las tarjetas Nvidia sobre las AMD, la mayoría de los juegos viene configurada para esas.

Ademas, el sistema de las AMD es demasiado webeado para mi XD

El único que te puedo recomendar es justamente CHW, y es porque igual son bien claros en el área de compra-venta.

Igual, podrías esperar un poco y ver si eventualmente con el anuncio de las nuevas GPU de Nvidia bajan un poco de precio

Yo creo que la 1060 algo puede bajar de precio, por último para empezar a bajar el stock ya que la 1070 y la 1080 ya empiezan a quedar "viejas".

By Peru having a saying I mean that they have an actual say since the treaty is basically a three-way where one can't take back if the other doesn't want. Peru will not want to stop limiting with Chile also. So Bolivia basically will never get what it wants, unless they form another alliance

I totally agree with that Serpens. I simply think that an exit through the limit with Peru and Chile - what the Charaña treaty said - isn't what Bolivia wants. They outright want back Antofagasta. Chile won't budge, meaning we're back to status quo and Bolivia probably suing us in another hundred years or so, which is kind of a problem since it is a big expense, even if the chances of them getting a "solution" are basically null.

It's annoying.

Le estoy ayudando a entender como tildar a mi sobrina, y a reconocer diptongos e hiatos,

El repaso me ayudo mucho a refrescar la memoria, y sobretodo lo del hiato que que se debe tildar cuando este ocurre, como ejemplo,
Valparaíso , VAL PA RA I SO,

entre RA e I , entre estas 2 silabas, existe una vocal fuerte A y una vocal débil I, por tanto hiato, perfecto.

Y el Diptongo, ocurre cuando en la misma silaba, hay 2 vocales seguidas, Fuerte y débil o débil y fuerte , como ejemplo Ciencia , CIEN CIA, - I+E en la primera silaba e I+A en la segunda.

Ahora la pregunta, Sirve para algo saber reconocer los diptongos? ayudan para mejorar la ortografía o algo?

Pc Factory is the biggest retail store dedicated to that.
SP Digital also has good prices (I've never bought there though) but their delivery service sucks from what I've read, if you Shop with them, go to their office in Providencia.
And that's it unless you start looking at small hardware store like the ones in San Diego.

I'll buy this weekend the 120gb Crucial SSD that's on PC Express, a Persa Bio Bio store that's super good. SPDigital is also pretty good. I bought my HyperX Headster a couple of years ago, but I went directly to their office in Providencia.

I checked out SPdigital and solotodo and PC Factory seems like their prices are very competitive so I may just stick with them considering they are everywhere in Santiago.
