lmao what
thats a real tweet? man old people should not be on Twitter.. for their own sake. if you're pushing 70 or 80, go do something else, watch the flowers grow or enjoy a cup of coffee (could be your last one!).
It doesn't even work as an excuse. CNN already had an audio expert look over the tape and concluded that it was not doctored except for at the end when it cuts off into a phone call. This was 3 days ago... so not only is Guiliani lying out his ass - he was beaten to the punch by CNN by 3 days.
Was this necessary? What satisfaction does a Canadian get from this?Nah Avenatti is fine. Just more of the same from the US of A. Why change your stripes half way thru the game. Just accept what the USA is. :) The show that keeps on giving.

This isn't a gotcha. He's late to the party as always.
Which report was that?IE that's why he's lying, to cast CNN's audio expert report as fake news/deception.
There was a report a few days ago that Trump isn't on most of the remaining tapes, and they don't reveal much. Davis allegedly released the most important tape first. If that's true (and isn't bullshit from the White House) then I'm not sure how much this matters.
Cohen's importance as a witness seems moreso tied to testimony and written evidence or notes.
None. Getting assaulted by the daily grind that is the USA gov damaging everything in its path, all the while its precious constitution, which is all so great, proves itself to be a dud of a parchment, I am left with watching the most powerful country in the world filled with the least powerful people. Was this necessary? What satisfaction does a Canadian get from this?
ThanksThe government has seized more than 100 recordings that Cohen made of his conversations with people discussing matters that could relate to Trump and his businesses and with Trump himself talking, according to two people familiar with the recordings. Cohen appeared to make some recordings with an iPhone — without telling anyone he was taping them.
A significant portion of the recordings is Cohen surreptitiously recording reporters who met with or questioned Cohen about Trump during the campaign and after Trump's election, the people said.
Trump's voice is on several of the recordings, but only in snippets — typically when he is returning a call from Cohen or asking Cohen on a voice-mail message to call him back, the people said. The only recording in which Trump and Cohen have a substantive conversation is the one that Davis released Tuesday, according to these people.

My issue with Avenatti has nothing to do with "taking the high road" or civility, or anything of the sort. I'm strongly in favor of incivility, collective action, people being in the streets, and the Trump administration being discomfited and humiliated at every turn.It has been demonstrated that taking the high road, being reserved, etc with these fucks doesn't work. Avenatti is doing what needs to be done.
