I think the stuff up to Civil Wear 2 was great but man,I completely forgot everything after the Video Game arc
anyone know any more details about the first Kabuki omnibus coming at the year's end? i know most of the library editions are stupid expensive, but wondering about page size/quality etc in the newer softcover volumes. this is one of the few books i'd rather save & get the best format.
Damn. I never ended up picking up Library Edition vol.4... I have the first three, though.
yeah, good luck - looks like 2-4 go for $100-150 each. i hate OOP shit.
really love the big pages & sewing (i adore the hellboy library editions for this) but an amazon review of 2 shows the art is kinda stretched (think 4:3 content on a 16:9 display) and that's a bit off-putting

She's currently in Nextgen and we've seen her in art for the Hickman books.
Willow's Wonder Woman is devoid of any excitement whatsoever. Aphrodite looked like she was going to up the energy for split second but turned out to be as bland as all the other characters in the book.
Wonder Woman was painfully average so I dropped it after a few issues. Wilson's new Dark Horse book Invisible Kingdom has been pretty interesting.
Claremont is horny on main, I remember all the weird Storm stuff particularly well
I don't like Homecoming but I legit laughed out loud with the whole "call me MJ" shit they pulled. The whole character is just some hilarious zoomer bullshit

I've read a lot of Marvel books that have this style, and you never see it in DC books. I don't like it at all. To me it's harder to read and makes it feel like there's so many words to read.

Sliding timescales are fun when it's stuff like it's technically the late 2000s but all the pop culture, tech, and fashion is straight out of the 60s and lame when it's doing things like Peter Parker in high school but they now have cell phones and iPods.
Ultimates2 had the wildest theory ever about Marvel Time....annnd it's canon. Don't have scans of that one handy though, I'm at work.
S.H.I.E.L.D. Inifinity's placement is kinda tricky, but reading it between the two series is best, which was how it was released. Go for that. I need to do a full re-read of that now that it's complete. Hickman and Weaver made a great team.

Binged all of Immortal Hulk last night. It's getting a LITTLE wacky but I think the constant new forms of body horror and spiritual posturing is keeping it fun. There is definitely a lot of lore in here I wasn't ready for (I had to look up literally all of these alternative Hulk personalities so it's getting a bit confusing) but I'm still so hype for the next issue.
Holy shit. I've never kickstarted any other game besides Bloodstained. I never stopped believing in Iga. It's everything I ever wanted so far. So happy.
