CommonwealthERA: Guy Fawkes night is upon us

So that means for the last few days I've had every idiot around me letting off firecrackers and fireworks all throughout the day, scaring my cat and being annoying... /oldmangrumble

Anyway, anyone doing anything special? Does anyone even care? There's a big display over at the beach tonight that the city puts on, so might go along to that with my brother and his kids.

Celebrating the capture of a 400 year old plot is funny enough, but the fact that we still do it on the other side of the world in a different country is kinda weird if you think about it.

I usually just rewatch V for Vendetta and post something on Facebook. I'd like to do more but as I live in Japan, nobody cares.

I live in the US and until you mentioned it I forgot all about November 5th. V for Vendetta is one of my top 20 favorite movies, so ill rewatch it tomorrow.
