Mango looking a touch slow to me.
I don't think either player is playing great but this is still a really fun set. 30 FPS Melee is so annoying to watch though.

Really curious to see how the Mango Fox does today.
That means we (probably) get Zain Leffen which should also be really fun.

Interesting stage strike strategy from Hbox, he struck his two best stages so he would have them as counterpicks. I had wondered if he did that since he almost never seems to start on Dreamland.

Newish, he came out of nowhere but he's been a top player for a couple years now.
Yeah, he just started reaching top level in the past 2 or 3 years.
Definitely newer than all the god-level players that have been winning tourneys for 10+years. not sure exactly when he started attending tournaments, but his first Hbox victories were at Shine 2018, which I remember because it was the last major I went to in person.
liquidpedia has got tourney placings going back to 2015 for him.

Fiction vs Hbox is way more interesting than Fiction vs Zain would have been. Would be great to see if Fiction could pull off the upset.
