Killing another player and all their cash, ammo, items, and weapons go bursting out is like kid-friendly gore and its so satisfying
So why do they want me to pay a second time for the game I already payed for years ago? With this prime status thing.
eh, they really shouldn't.BR started with smaller numbers than 18. The Culling originally had 16 and it was great. We don't need yet another 100 player BR, there already plenty filling that spot. Smaller <20 players BR has its place and it should work great with CSGO gameplay.
They don't? If you already own the game, it sounds like you get prime status by default.
They're not. You get Prime status if you previously owned the game.
From what folks are saying right now, sounds like they made the right decision.
I would have preferred a 5v5 unranked casual gametype with the ranked ruleset. But aside from that, there isnt much the CSGO team could work on. New maps are usually taken care of by the community and the game itself is pretty solid right now.
Okay the shop site just shows me the prime thing as something I dont have but in the game it shows up.
So the first 2 games I played had some performance issues, any else? Gonna restart my game/system and see if that helps
this looks fun as all hell, goddamn
cuts out all the crap that I dislike with pubg/fortnite: no more long game times with little action, less emphasis on random loot & no buildings/vehicles...

There's no way it could ever hit anywhere close to 100 players in Source 1. Not sure about Source 2.
Impliyng that i would even play enough to get any loot crates, lol...

Good to hear. Pretty much what my friends are saying. Sadly a bit busy at the moment to try. Longer term concerns are just seeing how the game copes with this Free to Play model combined with Prime status

how do I get these CSGO skins? I remember in the past you had to pay to be a part of certain events. still same now, or can i play for free and get these skins?

watching people playing on twitch now. Game seems...really really bare bones...kinda expected more, but I guess I'll have to play it to see how I feel about it.
