Could it be that she set off with the snow on the roof and as it melted it slid forward onto the windscreen? The car is too clean of snow apart from the windscreen for there to be any other reason for it being there.
My first instinct like yours was to give the benefit of the doubt because it's SO crazy it couldn't be what it looks like.
But Nah. That's crusted on there. You can see when she wipes that it's the clean slab rather than slid or acreted. The only non uniform area is where she's just brushed The only explanation that makes sense for the rest of the car is that the wind resistance kept it pressed against the windshield or that she cleaned the rest and forgot.
It's possible it was just on the roof and she braked hard so it slid forward like a neat avalanche -- but the perfect distribution seems unlikely. The fact that she has the brush handy enough to do that makes me think she had just cleaned (almost) all of it. But....
...But even more Occam's Razor - if she wasn't that kind of idiot - she'd have pulled over. She's not even signaling (although I suspect she doesn't do that under any circumstances anyway) despite the left side having the shoulder and the left being her only line of sight forward and backwards - Imagine how much of your interior skull would have to be solid bone all the way down to try to keep driving and clean it in motion instead of pulling over.

If anybody's watched the Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On documentary series on Netflix, there's one episode where a guy spent so much on a streamer he essentially bought her implants, so she goes to visit him. That whole episode is one massive cringe. Also a really interesting series, but that episode in particular is exactly what this post reminds me of.
