We'll probably see another drop when the news hits tomorrow after everyone realizes it's probably nothing.

I bought in around when BTC hit $5K this Summer. My initial but was LTC at around $80. By the time my money even made it to Coinbase the LTC price had been slashed, so I've been in the red my entire crypto career. I'm very close to getting out of the hole now and have learned some valuable lessons in doing so - like putting fiat into the USD wallet on Coinbase instead of directly buying a coin with a payment that won't clear for a week
Yeah, 350 will have to hold I think if we're going to go on towards a new ATH... if we go under with volume, I see it dropping back down to where this started (around 315-320).
I need a quick recommendation for a good wallet for Android or Windows... help a noob with FOMO out! lol

If you are afraid that happens, buy alts with strong bitcoin then. Ark at 0.00039, OMG at 0.00097, WAVES at 0.00065, etc. If people believe in their alts this is a great time to buy them.
I'm kidding... sort of. I just bailed out of btc this evening, taking a profit, I'll get back in if it dips. I have a bit of ARK which I'll leave alone for a good long time I think. Looks like I received some extra for voting which is nice.
Received my BTC on Mycelium wallet... but it looks like my wallet (account?) address has changed after that, why did that happen? Is it going to change every time I receive btc? Gosh the learning curve on this stuff...

I'm curious about investing a few hundred dollars into cryptocurrency - is there any sort of "beginner's guide" to all this stuff? Like where do I procure a "wallet"? How do I figure what to invest into? Is Etherium a safe choice to invest into?
My mobile wallet is like that too. But all the past addresses still work I think.
If you play your cards right you can throw your money into the blockchain AND buy all of the above without losing any of your initial money

IOTA slowly creeping back to it's old ATH (usd value only) it seems. Wonder if it can retain that value.

I bought some change yesterday and went up 40% overnight. The problem is I only got 0.002btc of POWR instead of the 0.02btc that I actually wanted... Damn, I made less than 10 eur... gotta lol
There's missing opportunities on crypto everyday lol. There will be a next powr. I read quite a few people hyping up the coin in the last week, but I didn't jump either.
Same. I had SUB and POWR on the list and I went with a SUB.
I have one eye on POWR if it will go below 0.50 $ mark
Altcoins are madness. There's always the promise of hitting big but at the end of the day the staggering majority of them have lost value compared to BTC in the last few months. I would say the bulk if not all your portfolio should be BTC, at least for a start. Jumping into whatever alt is hyped at a given point in time is extremely risky.
