They told me at GamesCom that they would not make Gameplay public for another year at least. So don't get your hopes up.

Exactly as I thought. Witcher 3 E3 2013 gameplay demo was never released. E3 2014 demo was released few months after E3 and it was different than 2013 one.
However there will be new trailer at Game Awards like there was VGX trailer. They are following their TW3 marketing campaign since it proved extremely effective.

Does someone have the tools to OCR this? That way you could automate the decoding. You can download the entire video afterwards using youtube-dl for processing.

Yeah. You would only need to OCR the first line.
