Would a Reagan Republican support net neutrality?

Republicans historically support title II. Title II is their baby. They support natural monopolies. Title II was their solution to prevent nationalizing the telephone lines (which was the alternate proposed solution). Title II is their pro-competition law.

Yes, republicans would support the shit out of net neutrality if they knew what it was, because they invented the laws that constitute "net neutrality."

Modern republican views on net neutrality are essentially the exact same thing as how they don't like the affordable healthcare act simply because they call it "obamacare," ignoring that it was ted cruz's plan (that they overwhelmingly endorsed) in the first place.

Do you mean Mitt Romney? I can't recall Ted Cruz (my senator) coming up with anything that isn't absolutely abysmal.

Stahp.
Satire and fake news are entirely different things.
No, this is literally what the fake news sites do (like this one linked for instance) to try to justify what they do. Next time you see someone post some insanely fake news, go to the website and they'll likely have something like this. They just post these stories for clicks and don't frame them in any way to make it obvious it's satire.

Exactly. I've seen shit like this posted on social media (Except for far more serious topics) too many times to count. And only when you look at the link and say "That's not a reputable site.." and do digging does one see the fine-print text that acknowledges it's "satire".

Yep, I went down this hole because a lot of people started posting fake news about different things on Facebook (like The Office being taken off of Netflix). One of the sites linked had this text on it. I started looking around and there a lot of these sites that just post a fake headline that is not really funny at all and then call it "satire".

What is the satire tho. Satire doesn't just mean lying. What does Pai hitting on pornstars exaggerate about him?

Nobody hates him because he's a womanizer misogynist, they hate him because he's a disingenuous liar in the tank for corporate interests.

This is just a lie about a person you don't like.

Yeah, I'm kind of confused why this just got a title change and not a lock? What's there to discuss other than "haha, that guy sucks for a fake thing"?
