Few directors talk directly talk about their personal perspectives as creators outside of random tweets or interviews on a press tour. I like that Sandberg is leaning into this to talk about his work, but also pass on some advice to other creators.

But it extends beyond that and gets a bit in personal fulfillment, and also depression. He directly talks about thoughts of suicide when he was younger, so... CONTENT WARNING for that...

I appreciate his perspective

This was great. The depression is inevitable part was the highlight. Like he says, this applies to all creative endeavors.

This other video by him was really good.

These two videos are something that I've never seen another director do but now wish more would do.

This guy's career path is amazing. He made a short film for some small horror competition that caught people's attention. Five years later he's directing one of the best superhero movies of the year.

I didn't realize he had a whole channel of awesome videos. I'd just seen this one and the Shazam one before it. Really recommend his videos on his homemade VFX / editing. Guy does so much with just a few things.
