Anyways that's cool about the BoP action directing, but I'm dying for that trailer WB!
We're seeing comments calling Shazam mediocre already. On the contrary, I think I might actually like it more than Endgame.

Technically, that's a good thing. Man's good at his job. Reshoots are there to go, "Eh, this might not work, let's fix it."
True but weren't there rumors that WB execs didnt like the movie during their private screening. This gives me deja vu. I hope that they aren't interfering again.
Dudes are breaking out in hives over the John Wick director overseeing action reshoots. Not even dialogue or plot shit - fucking action sequences.
John Wick has incredible action scenes so I'm hyped for this. But you can't deny that this comes off as "the original director failed to deliver so we had to bring in someone else."
I don't care if they bring in fifty directors. As long as we get the movie, I am satisfied!

I can deny that. Because reshoots are part of every single blockbuster. And his team would be shooting additional action scenes since they've been responsible for all stuntwork in the movie. Him doing personally is just a sign the movie is interesting enough for the big guy do do some of the handiwork.
The original director will not have failed anything here, action unit directors are involved per default, be they Ryan Coogler or any other bighshot, and she is still as involved in these reshoots as directors usually are.

Amazon got my Shazam replacement here early. What a great movie, just a joy from start to finish. I loved how it didnt shy away from the gruesome and in that way it reminded me of family films from the 80's. It deserved to do a billion.

What do you guys think should be the batsuit for The Batman? I like the rebirth outfit but don't know if it could work in live action, and it's not that great if the outline doesn't glow in the dark like this

A lot of things batman does is impractical but as long as its theatrical.
We should have a scale from 1-10 to determine the level of suspension of disbelief needed for a billionaire dressed as a bat, where 1 is beating a clown and 10 is beating Superman.
