Yeah the red is very BTAS which honestly has me kinda hype. Tie that with the jazzy noir sounds from the background music, and I think we are in for a treat.
I like what I've seen so far but it could all fall apart when they reveal the other 2/3s of the suit.
If this is year two, they can make massive changes moving forward if the reaction isn't good when the dust settles and just ride the narrative of its Bruce finding his footing as Batman.

I actually meant that in a way that I miss Snyder's design, but cool.
The R in Robin's suit on Titans was like that as well, a throwable weapon.Looking at the breastplate, the bat symbol totally looks like it's actually two folded Batarangs.

The guess is actually that it's parts of a gun. The gun that killed the Waynes.
That was started by some random Twitter person. None of those pieces look like they come from a gun. But for sure they're gonna be 2 batarangs that can probably pop via him pressing in on his chest (magnetized to the breast plate)
I'll wait to see the suit in the light before making any final judgements, but I like what I can see so far.
Saw Birds of Prey in IMAX today. It was enjoyable but something felt off about it. It just lacked in some areas and the writing felt a bit weak to me. I can see why it wouldn't appeal to the public too much.

Don't really like what I have seen of the suit, looks like those from injustice, and they were all mediocre.

The only thing I'm still iffy on is the cowl. Need to see more of it. Everything else, I can rock with. The music was definitely the most exciting reveal for me though.
Loving the hell out of this Batsuit design. Looks like an interesting amalgamation of the Arkham Knight/Origin, Gotham By Gaslight, Batman: Noel, the OG 1939 Batsuit and Adam West's cowl. Far more intriguing an art direction than just using Frank Miller as a base IMO.

You and me both. I never had a problem with Affleck's casting, but I was never a big fan of his Batsuits.
Yup. It's one heck of an earworm. Sounds like Shirley Walker meets John Carpenter.
Kinda hope they release something showing off the rest of the major characters and the Batmobile -- and the other 2/3s of the suit.

Suit looks very Injustice so far. Never been a fan of the mechanical look, but i'll try. The fabric based design of DCEU Batman and Superman were so on point.
On the plus side, I dig the score.
