I'm not sure what you mean, actually. Like, do they realize that using "woke" as an insult is incredibly stupid, because it implies that they are the ones sleeping/not paying attention/not understanding? I'm not sure that they do, no.

"Woke" means someone who realizes that all people should have equal rights, and/or who realizes that all people don't currently have equal rights (and therefore we should fix that).
