I'm really excited to play this. I always wished I got into Dota 2 when it first released, but it seems so daunting now. It'll be amazing to get in on the ground floor, even if I don't get to play until a more open beta or even release.

Wild when this game isn't even official, but sure lol. Interested to try this even though I don't play a lot of competitive games (Splatoon pfp aside lol). Dota and CS never did much for me but I loved TF2 and L4D. I did get a lot of enjoyment out of OW and MNC and it looks to scratch that itch. Expecting it to feel good simply because Source always feels just right.

If I am lucky enough to get in, it will be nice. Since most hero shooters are first person, I cant play them because of motion sickness. I have a chance at being able to play this one.

Its crazy that we know so much about this game and Valve hasn't acknowledged anything about its existence but letting players invite others into the game.
God, I forgot about Monday Night Combat lol. I miss that game but never got the chance to play Super MNC since it was PC exclusive.

Super MNC was their attempt at leaning closer to the strategic MOBA side of the spectrum versus the greater action focus of the original. It was divisive, though I think that's just because they didn't have the dev experience to make it work. The concept of a MOBA where you can freely move and aim is definitely difficult to balance. Being slightly burned from SMNC is why I'm particularly interested in seeing Valve's whack at it.
Once 4-6 people get invited here we should be able to spread it out to others pretty fast from there

What are the qualifications for being a junior member/member of our site? Is it post count? I've been around since the old forum, but this is a newish account (2021) I'm not able to join the raffles because its telling me im a junior member =(

Invite time.
First off I've chosen 3 people who I've sent PMs to to sign them up for an invite because I really appreciated their posts in the Marvel Rivals thread and the Deadlock thread and just in general I know they're more serious / trustworthy members to also help send out invites once Valve sends them theirs. Those 3 people are Hasney & Mocha Joe and HylianSeven ! (If any of them decline those invites will be moved into my Google Form pool.)
Next off GiftBot will have a giveaway up in a minute or two in this thread for one (1) invite sign up. The winner will have to PM me their e-mail address because this isn't a key based system. We're using the honor system here so please don't join this unless:
* you're fine giving me an e-mail you own (does NOT have to be your Steam e-mail)
* you live in or very close to NA (you should have ~120ms ping or less to US West/Central servers in other games, preferably less)
* have an okay Windows/Linux computer (if you can play Dota 2 or CS2 at 60 FPS you'll be okay) or a Steam Deck
* you're able to be on your system to play around 7PM Pacific to the early morning because the game is not up all day right now.
* and more importantly: are willing to help send out invites to people on this forum once you're in.
If someone wins this and doesn't meet these criteria I'm going to be pissed and not do this ever again after being burned before. I've heavily restricted this giveaway due to this.

I wonder how fast the exponential growth of beta keys will be if everyone gets 3-6 to hand out, I feel like it's not too impossible that everyone here is able to get in within a couple weeks or so. Awesome job getting the ball rolling :) I'll certainly hand my keys out to the community if I'm able to get in.

Well shit, maybe people should just start editing their posts to show if they got a key or not? (I'll happily just message people and hand keys out going down the thread once I get one.
