F**k the McMahons and f**k Raw, what a pile of crap. "WE'RE HERE TO TELL YOU THINGS ARE GONNA BE DIFFERENT!" *proceeds to do the exact same thing from the night before*

The arrogance of them is pathetic, they just do what they always do and thats pass the buck off to something else, take themselves from the blame. "WE KNOW RAW SUX BUT ITS OK BECAUSE CORBIN IS GONE NOW SO DON'T WORRY ITS GONNA BE GOOD NOW OK?!"

Seriously? :| You're actually going with that one?

Cut that first segment from the start of Raw tonight and its just the same shitty boring Raw we've had for months. Like they thought we'll add that stupid bit then just keep the same shit Raw we had planned anyway, those moron fans wont realise LOLOL!

Shuji Kondo vs Mochizuki at the January Korakuen!! First time Kondo's been in a DG ring since he left in 2004, crazy!

Also, Flamita & Bandido vs PAC & DAGA was, as expected, pretty damn FnP. Check it out when you get the time, friends, and are done ranting about RAW :p

I mean, I'm not going to watch it, but just looking at it at a glance that Raw does look better then it has been. The problem is that it's a really fucking low bar

I'm bored so I am going to play GM for both shows:

Heavy Machinery to Smackdown.
Lacey Evans to Raw.
EC3 to Raw.
Lars Sullivan to Smackdown.
Nikki Cross to Smackdown.

Becky asks Shane/Paige to trade her to Raw or else she wants to be released/quit so she can get revenge against Nia and face Ronda. Becky & Usos "traded" to Raw for Sasha, Bayley, and one of the following: Finn Balor/Bray Wyatt/Sami Zayn. Usos help out depth in the tag-team division feuding with Revival/AOP/Lucha House Party/Breezango/B Team0, while Ronda gets her main event worthy program for Mania with Becky.

EC3 steps in mid-card while Drew gets moved up to main event. Lacey Evans would likely become main event sooner or later knowing WWE for Raw womens.

Smackdown gets Bayley and Sasha to feud with Asuka along with a potential Nikki Cross that could make for an even deeper women's division than Raw: Bayley, Sasha, Asuka, Nikki, Charlotte, and likely Sonya if she continues to improve. Adding Sami would give AJ Styles a new heel to face, while Finn Balor would give Nakamura/Joe/Bryan/and so many other heels on the Smackdown show a top face to go against. Potential storyline of AJ Styles vs. Balor, too, with Good Brothers forming whatever group they want to call it.

Heavy Machinery and Sanity fill the void left by Usos and hopefully one of them stick to keep the tag-team scene fresh (Bar, New Day, Sanity, Heavy Machinery, The Good Bros, Epico/Primo, Harper/Rowan). Lars Sullivan doesn't seem necessary on Raw with Braun, unless they specifically want him on Raw for the eventual feud.
Those seem like logical moves. There is no way Sasha and Bayley can stay on Raw as much of a rut as they are in. I assume they head to SD anyway since it seems inevitable that Charlotte and Becky are going to Raw. Break up the Riott Squad for good and send maybe Liv or Sarah to SD, or both if they're ever going to do this women's tag thing. I can see them move Mandy to Raw since Bliss isn't cleared and Vince still loves his blondes.
I think AJ and Finn need to swap places. AJ has done everything he can on SD and Finn is just going to be the Irish Fonz on Raw, so switch em. Bring over Usos and Naomi too. Lars should go to Smackdown. He can't play the big bully heel on Raw when most everyone else is bigger than he is, especially Braun. He'd work better tossing Finn or DB around if it came to that.

Since Dakota may have torn her ACL, Kairi and Io need a new buddy to take on Shayna, Jessamyn, and Marina.

She is obviously trying to recruit the best person for the job.

I know we rightfully give Bodom shit but is there a specific reason other indies don't really book him? I've heard rumours of a shit attitude but is there something more specific?

That's all I've heard, attitude. He had one match in PROGRESS near the beginning and I'm pretty sure they explicitly said they wouldn't book him again at one point.

I will repost the dirt about the All Japan tour because it's fucking hilarious
Oh my fucking god BritWres Roundtable dishing the alleged Bodom dirt

Got sent home from All Japan, still wears his AJPW track jacket everywhere.

Also, that time where Rampage & T-Bone beat the shit out of him in PCW and he was never booked again, and also no-showing the 'bro vs bro' match against Riddle for some other promotion, I forget which.

I'd forgotten about those two

I went on PCW's cagematch to look that match up and yikes, their champions

Heavyweight and cruiserweight titles are held by Tel Banham, who doesn't have a Cagematch profile, and their tag titles are held by Sheikh El Sharm, who also doesn't have a profile, and Bram

Whilst I'd rather see neither vanish into the Largo abyss I think Hiroyo's a better choice because much like Io there's not much more left for her to do in Japan unless she starts getting booked by new promotions. Though some Euro fed should book her and put her again Yuu first.

Nominations for the 2018 Carny Awards close tomorrow, so here is one more snapshot of who has been nominated so far for each category. These lists are in no particular order. As always, if there's someone/something that you would want to vote for in the 2018 Carny Awards, the person/move/show/match/gif/whatever needs to be nominated through the Google Form.

To narrow down the nominations to 5, I'll go with a combination of how many times it has been nominated and how compelling the poster's case was. The lists are now ordered in the likelihood that they will be included in the final poll. For your convenience, I've italicized the ones who are leading the way to be nominated in each category. I generally keep to 5, but I'm willing to go to 6 for some categories. If you truly believe that a nomination, especially in the really crowded categories, should be considered for the award, post it in the thread to my attention.

Imagine going to the Raw taping last night, hearing the McMahons talk about how things are terrible but will change, and then sitting through not 3, but 5 consecutive hours of the same crap as usual. The Saudi prince probably couldn't think of any torture tactics that diabolical.

Couple of corrections, Avengers23. Hope you don't mind!

Nodoka beats Mayu in the Tokyo Princess Cup

Miyu, not Mayu.

CMLL's TripleMania, but especially Vampiro at TripleMania farting so loudly his microphone picked it up and demanding his music before he would run in from commentary

AAA, not CMLL.

Also I think you've got Hikari listed twice in the "Most Improved" section.

Also, whoever the Hyper Misao mark is who nominated her for a bunch of stuff: You the real MVP.

Do we know how long Bliss is going to be out for? Also, I wonder if WWE will continue to keep couples on same shows. I remember a few years ago they never really cared about the relationships, but recently it does seem they do keep couples on the same brand more often than not (Rusev/Lana, Uso/Naomi, Dean/Ambrose, etc.)

I hope they do away with the "Drafts" and just move to more of a "sports" element where each GM trades/signs wrestles with Fox's pressure asking them to be more sports-themed on Smackdown.
