Yeah. It should be more but they were pushing for 30 and this is double the average so it's a good outcome.22 years seems way too low to me but apparently the average sentence for second degree murder in Minnesota is 10 to 15 years.
It can be appealed.Dumb question, but could this appealed or is this sentence final?
Thanks, hope it doesn't get reduced somehow
For concurrent sentences? Or for one following the other?
I'm sure there will be appeals but I doubt the sentence will get reduced. At the same time they're not going to push for more years because he deservedly got more than the average.
saw that live, it was weird as hell. and yes deranged
He has to serve 15 years before he is eligible for parole I think. So what are they chances he will go in front of a parole board in 5 years and they let him go home?
It's always "I HAVE INFORMATION THAT WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING BUT I CAN'T SHARE IT YET!" with fascists, isn't it?
That is the kind of thing that is figured out during sentencing so no idea at this time.

There's quite a few countries where the maximum sentence is 15 years full stop..22 years seems way too low to me but apparently the average sentence for second degree murder in Minnesota is 10 to 15 years.
Not even close.
in 5? ZeroSo what are the chances he will go in front of a parole board in 5 years and they let him go home?
I mean... probably not?22 years is not enough. But I have a feeling he might have a tougher time than most.
Selling a book full of bullshit. What is he doing with this "information" that would be of interest in the future?
