The write up has PS4/Pro and initial Xbox One (nothing on the XB1X)

Dynamic resolution on all versions of the game
PS4 stays at 1080p good amount of the time.
PS4 Pro is between 1350p and 1584p. No Checkboarding
Xbox One moves resolution (792p, 864p and 900p)
Framerate on the PS4 consoles are around 20-25fps
Xbox One is 1-2 fps behind that

It isn't accurate because on PS4 and Pro the framerate isn't 20-25 but mostly 30 on gameplay and 20-25 during cutscene.

surprising, especially with the year off, they should have come back with a game that look and perform like a charm, I hope the X version will be better.

I started playing yesterday but there's no HDR yet. I'll wait until Ubi patches it.

Pretty solid frame rates during gameplay for the graphics tech in this game. Great work by Ubi, can't wait to try it!
