Nah an expansion leaked yesterday so they are probably just putting the base game on sale in order to lure people into the expansion.

I got this during the Epic Games sales at Christmas for 5€.
If you like classic cover-shooters it's pretty much the best game you can get this gen. It's also very enjoyable in solo-mode. The only thing boring about this game is the setting. It's not that exciting to find the next Kneepad or Backpack with +1 Armor ... and enemy variety is also a bit low.

The levelling experience from 0 to end game can be played pretty much entirely as a single player game and is very good, probably the best part of the game and is substantial enough at full price, imo.
