Based off the trademark announcements I would bet then that it's the next gen and PC/Xbox release with a new DLC chapter, called 'The First Soldier' or 'A Hero's Bond'.

It'll be a paid upgrade that includes whatever new content they add. Like Royal Edition for FF15 but with a next gen update this time.

Definitely think the next-gen version/ other console ports are being announced here.

I think that's just saying that the in person orchestra was cancelled and that it's being distributed live with information on how to get refunds.

Most likely yes. They already did that for World of FF and FFXV but then again it's SE so you never know.
