It would be a natural response from the author to be repulsed by a change in revenue generation into a more uncertain one.
I, as a faithful steam devotee, agree that exposing the game into the smaller market is a very risky proposition.

Damn, he doesn't hold back. I think this deal will end up hurting the franchise long-term, but we'll see.
