[Sony] seem to get a pass and general well recieved news about the decisions they make.

For 6 months there was a ton of criticism and negative commentary to Sony not attending E3 2019, ranging from fair to clickbait. It subsided only when Microsoft failed to capitalize on Sony's absence, or so it was perceived, and the decision was suddenly hailed as some kind of masterstroke.

Some people here short memories.

Ill count them and then get back to you, doesnt matter if most of what i read and hear is general well recieved news from people towards sony decision.

Also, only last year people started saying that e3 is dying, never heard about that before, especially when 4 years ago we had the "e3 of dreams" go figure.

People have been talking about the future of E3 for years. It had some great comeback moments this generation, but in the age of social media the value of expensive stage shows and booths is being questioned - and not just by these implied Sony fanboys you're talking about.

MS has the stage to themselves again this year.

They won;t make the same mistake again owning E3 like they did last year. This one will be all about next gen. and will be the new hotness.

meanwhile, at arrogant Sony headquarters:

Didn't we just have a nearly 30 page thread arguing about if it was good or not that Sony skipped E3?

Where is this Sony always gets a pass coming from?

Or that Dualshock 4 Back-Button attachment thread full of concern trolling and people being obtuse over what back buttons on a controller could possibly be used for.

You just need to see the population of Era, Sony = Nintendo > PC >>> Xbox, so of course not, it will be spun to be something detrimental to MS, at worst a sign of them exiting the console race (like we've seen many times).

Good morning. We are closing this thread since it seems like a thread that is only going to breed console war behavior.
