I took my kids candy, and will give it back to them after games of blackjack to teach them about loot boxes.

Of course he would do this, of course. Worthless scumbag, and the cop costume for his daughter is just the cherry on top. Socialism is not the enemy, he will be on the losing side of history on this one, as with everything else.

Those JK Rowling tweets are great though.

I love memes where republicans admit they have the mentality of children. It really explains a lot.

Kids are usually pretty remarkably empathetic and if you explain to them that other children can't get candy for whatever reason they usually feel sad and if you've taught them sharing and kindness most wouldn't mind some going to the less fortunate. Unless you raise a brat Trump-like kid of course.

Didn't this guy go to a fancy school? He doesn't even the correct form of "too" and instead uses "to"

With record obesity numbers, clearly kids have more candy than is good for them.

Donald Trump doesn't look like a guy who can't eat as much candy as he could want.

Definitely; I've seen the "take half" rubbish going around for ages.
Yeah I think I saw a anti-tax billboard likening it to taking half your child's ice cream.

That was a fucking weird one. You know, taking half the ice cream your child did nothing to get would make them angry is a pretty good metaphor for republicanism nowadays.

I've been trying to roll my eyes at what these folks say, rather than let it influence my thought, and I've been trying to share that sentiment with others.

It's a potential traitor to the nation, with little to no regard for our institutions, who's goal is to profit as much as humanly possible from the work that other people do. And what was he going to do with the candy he took...eat it himself? Sounds pretty capitalist to me.

He's an asshole. He produced another turd of a tweet. Of course it fucking stinks.

I'd love to go to a socialist haunted house and have all the monsters be wall street executives as zombies eating the brains of the proletariat. It'd definitely be scarier than the usual ghosts and demons because hedge fund managers actually exist

Let's just hope for chloe's sake daddy doesn't also teach her how to get away with treason, or else we might see 3 generations of trumps in prison.

This doesn't represent any ideology.

Bit surprised that people are responding by painting Trick or Treating as socialism.

Also, wasn't that tweet a joke?

Trump Jr said something asinine and ignorant?

mshckd.gif

Also what kind of shitbag uses his own young child to make a political point? Even if its a terrible one.

And don't even get me started on how she is dressed as a police officer. I sincerely doubt that was her decision.

How is this real life?

How could this possibly be real life?

I mean I'm sure Trump senior paid for a pretty good education for his billionaire son so....

How?

People have been going out to work every day since inauguration so your father could charge the state, and therefore the tax payers, TENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS (easily hundreds by end of term) for secret service and government officials to stay with him in his golf resorts instead of the white house.......which he doubled the entry price of starting this year......

Just this very second, someone paid tax that went directly into your father's bank account, because he wanted to play golf....

I guess Trump Jr would also like to do away with socialist, tax payer funded programs to support vets after fighting for their country?

Or maybe he wants socialist, tax payer funded programs that allow people who have nothing after paying astronomical medical bills to actually buy food to feed their families?

Or maybe, we can do away with the entire socialist idea of paying taxes for roads, hospitals, emergency services and government. You know, wealth redistribution.

Then all of the people with the money can just buy all their services privately and all the poor people can get fucked?

Who would be stupid or just plain evil enough to want this?

Oh.......

Did Donnie consider the fact that nearly every child would have the ability to go trick or treating and that they weren't held back due to their academic and economical past?

Unrelated, but I never participated in trick or treating mostly because my parents saw it as cutified evil. Oddly enough, they still bought candies and actually made candy packs for the children who came over. I was tasked with the handing out of the candy packs, which also presented me with the perfect opportunity to snack on a pack or three throughout the day.

There's realistically zero chance that Jr. has not committed a financial crime or ten. Very excited for Mueller to "stumble" upon them during the course of his investigation.

He's such a dipshit. Such a lazy analogy.

If she had a pile of candy the size of a house, and all other kids trick-or-treated then had nothing after candy expenses...yeah, I'd expect her to share. Besides, Trump kids don't have to trick-or-treat for their candy; they get most of their mountain of it without working.

What a fucking idiot. I hope he doesn't claim to have attended some overpriced university.

Does he realize that roads, the police, fire departments, water, etc are all already forms of socialism in America? Oh wait no, it's just specifically socialized HC, they don't want non-rich people to live.

In the weak and the wounded
Its almost as if he is a complete and absolute moron, who has been completely insulated from ever needing to learn how to be remotely competent at anything, because he was born into giant piles of cash, and he could fail his entire life without any consequences, just like his father.

Fred was the only (Business) competent Trump.

DJTJ loves exploiting his children to zing the libs. I forget the context but he once posted something like "how dare you try and criticize Donald Trump, don't you know he has grandchildren that love him??" along with (iirc) the same girl in the OP with a MAGA hat on.

Teach her to pull herself up by the boot straps and earn the money to buy that candy instead of begging for it like some dirty poor, Donald Jr. That'll teach her.

I used to hear that kids had to be taught to share, that kids were instinctively selfish and greedy. I've witnessed the opposite, that children will readily share, and are instinctively altruistic. I think that the "American Individualism/Exceptionalism" mindset is taught to kids and they become selfish and greedy.

Someone should take all of Trump Jr.'s candy, and hand it over to the authorities to teach him a lesson on what happens when you commit treason.
