i think their first qualifier of the season might not be indicative of their full potential, especially since the meta just shifted so hard and they haven't played in months

Yeah, skipping the first major is a huge risk when these big patches can shift the flow of a game so drastically.

It paid off for Secret. Not so much for Kuroky.

To clarify I'm sure there was a $ figure Liquid could have retained last year's roster with, instead they probably saved a decent amount of money and possibly gotten a more hungry squad.

Word is that kky squad already had the highest monthly salary in esports for TI8 and TI9 and Liquid made a ridiculous offer for the TI10 season.

That last buyback from the Troll was 100% a heat of the moment decision though, no sense to it.

Aight, man's is pretty good. Tried the +100 Jingu talent but the cast range is way too good to give up. +100 Jingu didn't really have that much of an impact. If I had gotten the cast range I would've been able to join fights a lot quicker. Monkey does a fuckton of dmg anyways.

They sorta kinda' brought my boy ambush Treant back. Cant do the surprise stun harass but you can at least chase down fleeing heroes through trees. And global heal returns. Thank god.

Small buff for clinkz so that's nice, dunno how to feel about necro these days, the scythe cd is so damn long but with a scepter and one or two items against a lineup that doesnt have that many spells it's great.
