The last couple Nintendo mobile games have been very bad (Animal Crossing and Mario Kart). But they can't screw up Dr. Mario, right? This one will be good.

Billion dollar game for nintendo.

Edit: Too bad it has all the Casino Mechanics embedded.... Multiple currencies, timers, skips, unlocks...

Looks like one of those facebook games my fiance plays where you have to clear the screen with limited moves to make. She would love this.

Dr Mario seems like a natural fit for mobile. I can definitely see this doing well.

Seems harmless enough, though I suspect playing this for long bursts could be tiring. There are a lot of F2P elements here, which is to be expected, as Nintendo have clearly stated they're not doing a game like Mario Run again after people (stupidly) threw a hissy fit (not on Era, but the people who play mobile games in general). I can see why that would really bother people - but I don't fall for it, so I look forward to trying this out as a timewaster. It's cool that they've added Dr Yoshi and so forth.

God damn it, I can't even finish the trailer this depresses me so much. All I wanted was classic dr mario on mobile, not this jank candy crush inspired dr mario frankenstein monster :(

Looks fun enough, but at a glance monetization looks weak for Nintendo. Hard to see this making much money.

kinda reminds me of that pokemon matcher game withe the hearts that refill over time

i was able to play that for a long time without it feeling too restrictive, hopefully this will be similar

It's a mobile match three puzzle game all right. At least the Dr. Mario theme gives me a reason to try it out, I like the new takes on the virus characters

Man just let me pay like $10 to ditch the whole heart mechanic, please Nintendo

Honestly, the game looks pretty decent and fresh for a Dr. Mario game, why do Nintendo's mobile efforts always have to be such a drag.
