Sounds like a lot of filler.
Still kinda excited for the game tho, will probably pick it up when it's cheaper.

Pretty solid playtime for getting through all those main story arcs. Very interested in the reviews for this one

About the same.as the other CC2 games if you stop and smell the roses. I'm guessing if you speed past all the cutscenes and dialog boxes and tutorials you can cut it down to 20 on a second or third playthrough.

This game feels like a waste of time but I still want to play the driving licence part

Here's a translation of the reviewers' comments:

- Feels like the actual anime itself, rather than a mere "replication"
- Combat makes you feel like Spider-man a Z fighter, with Ki Blasts, hand-to-hand, and high-speed movement
- Plenty of beefy exploration-related content
- Collecting orbs and cooking feel slightly grindy
- Battles are exciting and wonderfully rendered
- Combat feels like Dragon Ball while having easy to pick up controls
- Feels good to fly around the open world
- Map could've been a bit more helpful
- Scenes recreated from the original show have proper oomph
- 3D combat is speedy and looks really cool
- It's nice that you can enjoy the more adventure-esque parts of the early episodes as an RPG-like
- Considering the size of the world, it could've been a bit more dense and varied, with more to discover
- It's very considerate that you can have the controls displayed at all times (I guess this means you can turn it off, for those worried about the UI)
- The world looks and feels like the original show, and it's cool that you can explore it to your heart's content
- Plenty of collectibles that fans will love
- Battles feel like a natural evolution of the Super Butoden series on SNES

Dayum. I guess that adds up. Considering the entire serious runs for ~116 hours.

With all the other big games coming out very soon...Gunna have to skip this one for now.

Hope the base gameplay systems turn out as fun as they look. Might have to give this one a go if so, so I'll be keeping my eyes on reviews!

I wonder if the usual CC2 composer will be in for DBZ Kakarot.

I'm so torn on this game. It's hard for me to spend full price right now.

Dragon Ball z, Zero ZX Collection, FF7R, and Doom Eternal. Thank god I didn't finish RE2 or I'd be another game in the hole lol. I could probably finish it before this comes out though

Have you watched DBZ?
That makes it the most faithful DBZ game ever then!
Keeping true to its anime adaptation then.
will there be a flying car driving mission with piccolo?
So it's authentic to the show

...Maybe they should've based it on the Manga instead.

The early training unlock with pre-order, is that early as in before release or just early into the game?
