Dragons Dogma |OT| Deep Down, it's the start of a new ERA

So, this is one of the best games of the last generation.

There aren't many reviews for the PS4/XB1 remaster, but here are some

Magic in this game is pretty damn cool

And there is a robust climbing system to get to those enemy weak points

Like the Souls series has taught us, cut off tails

Lastly, you can throw pawns, NPC summoned characters for a single player co-op feel off cliffs. Many do this with skimpily dressed pawns, which there are a lot of in Dragons Dogma. Please understand.

Once you start exploring Bitterblack Isle, I recommend checking out the purification information. Many people may want to play blind, but purification is explained terribly in-game

This OP has put in as much effort as Capcom has to give us Dragons Dogma 2, and gamers to actually buy and support this series.

Deep Down, in my humble opinion, is inspired by Bitterblack Isle. The fantastic dungeon crawling DLC for Dragons Dogma. Going with DD can't just be a coincidence. Like the effort to actually create Dragons Dogma 2, Deep Down is now in development hell.

Please buy Dragons Dogma and show Capcom there is a desire for them to get their act together and create a sequel. If From Software can make a multi-entry worldwide hit out of the Souls series, Capcom can do it with Dragons Dogma... eventually.

edit: If a mod could change the title to Era that would be good as well. Everyone is going with Era, not ERA. A low-effort official topic wouldn't be done correctly without a mistake.

If anyone owned this on PS3/360 and is thinking of double dipping, while not much has changed performance is better



It's still 30FPS, but locked now. The black bars are gone too. It's pretty much the PC version now. It's a budget priced release as well. Gameplay is king in this series, not graphics.

Capcom could have done more, but to expect that would be silly. It should be 60FPS, but we also should have a sequel!

I played it on PS3 and just started in again on PS4 and the performance is MUCH better.
