I don't know a date but it's my understanding that the game is (aiming) to release this year. I believe it has a 2021 release date currently, so this could well be it.

I have flashback of Shadow of Mordor and Far Cry 4 last gen. New Gen versions were great, but previous gen versions were...ugh...

Well, At least, contrary to Cyberpunk, there will be a next-gen version here, not just souped-up BC that compensate the failures of the original version through brute force.
