Update: It appears the Pantheon site is now password protected. I much appreciate that, although it should have been password protected by default.

Disclaimer: While https://www.e3expo.com/ at time of writing features only a Coming Soon page with information that the site will be launching Thursday, 13th February 2020, some image files there (the logo to be precise) link to the WebOps platform Pantheon.io where the E3 site with all information is hosted. The Pantheon site is available publicly (i.e. no password protection).

Disclaimer: The domain(s) referenced in this thread may at any point of time, without prior notice, become unavailable.

*Available, not officially launched.

Nintendo is currently NOT, for whatever reason, listed as participating company. But the list is not finalized. Regardless, word on this ought to come from Nintendo before long.

Apart from the above resources, there's much more to explore. The Frequently Asked Questions section is available at https://new2020-e3-expo.pantheonsite.io/faqs for example. If you are a member of the media be sure to review the updates to the media badge registration process:

EA isn't listed, might they be one of the rumoured third-parties to also not making an appearance this year?

EA hasn't exhibited at E3 for a few years. They have their own event (EA Play).

Microsoft is also not listened. They have confirmed their presence at the expo.
Last year they were only listed having a meeting room (MR 401) while being an official part of E3 at the Microsoft Theater.

You point out Nintendo but Microsoft is the bigger omission considering they've publicly stated they will be there. Unless they don't need to register with E3 to host across the street but my understanding is that last year you could go to either place with an E3 pass and that was because they were registered with the show. Wondering if that has changed?

It looks like they lowered the gamer pass price. That's a good start but I'm looking for wholesale improvements before I consider going back. I'll be interested to see what those details are.

It's under the FAQs section on the site. Wednesday's and Thursday's, 10am-6pm. Tuesday's are now exclusively for Media, Industry, and Premium Badges ($995/ticket).

Thanks for the deets. I actually wanted the ESA to make the first day industry-exclusive so that they have more time to do their thing. However, I expected them to expand the other two days for gamers. The fact that they didn't means that we're going to play even less games and wait in potentially even longer lines. No thanks. I've had enough of that. I was there for 2017 through 2019 and it's a mess. I'm done.

I can't think of anything at E3 worth $1000. Even if you got VIP access to all three press conferences (that don't even exist anymore), I wouldn't pay $1000.

Wow.

Oh that is for sure it is, but as people were freaking out about Nintendo, while MS was absent from the list as well and they even said they would be there.
in the case of MS specifically, they are holding "E3" but they use a different building, not using up ESA's booths, which is why they are unlisted.

It was lowered because you're only getting two days now... I guess you could use it for the other day at the Microsoft Theatre.
Fffffffffffffffffuck that!

I'm even in San Diego but that's a huge waste of time. Not that it was that fun to begin with but two days? Easiest "Bye Felicia" of my life.

No Nintendo is worrying. They've had the best booths and will be sorely missed if they're not there.
2 days only for Gamer Pass kinda sucks though. Will that even be enough time to see everything?

Unfortunately, I'll have to pass this time.

I was at Cali for the past 5 years, so I was able to go 3 times in a row since it was open to the public. Even with the lowered price, it's another story with hotel and flight expenses.

EDIT: Oh. It's because it's two days instead of three? I see why, now.

$1000 LOL

Even at events with a ton of interesting stuff the VIP treatment is usually a massive rip off

Just noticed, the Gamer badge got worse, you can only attend the 10th and 11th now, last year when I went you could attend all 3 days.

Any reason for this?
